Shipping

At ViaPhyto we take pride in our processing and shipping speed and offer free priority shipping on all orders to anywhere in the United States. Our other shipping options include:

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-4 weeks, but can vary depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that processing your order may add up to an additional 24 business hours. Tracking information from the carrier might not be available immediately.

*Free Shipping not valid on orders outside of the US.

Exchanges

If your order is incorrect, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Returns

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns, if necessary. If the need for a return is a result of our error please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary corrections and arrangements. Please contact customer service to initiate a return by emailing contact@viaphyto.com.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money quicker in most cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 30 days, please contact us by emailing contact@viaphyto.com. and let us know. We will assist in resolving the issue.

60 Day Guarantee

We encourage consumers to establish a routine, be patient with their bodies, and be mindful of the changes they feel for 60 days of consistent, daily use. Following this 60 day period, we anticipate most consumers should become aware of the beneficial effects of our cannabinoid products.
